Who we are
TerraceTrips ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. To speak to us, email admin@terracetrips.com.
What we collect
Your email address only. We do not collect payment details, your location, or any contact you have not handed us yourself.
Why we collect it
To send you your TestFlight invite and grant your beta access, to send you occasional project updates about TerraceTrips, and to reply when you get in touch. We rely on your consent for this, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
We never sell your data
Your email address is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers, and is never passed to anyone outside the TerraceTrips team for marketing.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it. If the beta does not go ahead, we delete sign-up details once it is clear they will not be used.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. Email admin@terracetrips.com and we will act within one month.
If something goes wrong
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, tell us first at admin@terracetrips.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
